2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
3. Shipping and Production
Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Orders over $100 ship free; otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
4. Returns and Damages
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will work with you to resolve it.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, text, and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Afters Art and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Afters Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.
